Supportive Housing and Home Care

for Young Adults and Adults with Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities
balancing independence and support

Residential Programs

We manage and provide supportive housing services at numerous privately-owned homes for young adults and adults with a range of developmental and intellectual disabilities.

These homes are affordable and located in desirable residential neighborhoods in Newton, Norwood, and Malden. Our program offers long-term, stable, supportive living environments for residents with a range of abilities and needs. Each resident has their own private room, with a shared bath and ample common space, including fully equipped kitchen and laundry.

Our model is a Collaborative Living Support program that combines family and staff support. Our staff are trained to assist people with disabilities, individually and in groups. Our philosophy is to encourage and support the highest level of independence for residents – in home settings in which every resident lives their best possible life.
