Senior Living on Bellingham Hill and at Prouty
Our Senior Living Residents include 95 seniors residing on Bellingham Hill in Chelsea and at Prouty in Spencer. Residents have their own apartments with private baths and shared laundry facilities. These locations both offer common spaces where we regularly host community-building events including holiday luncheons.
Our Senior Living program offers a balance of community and independence. This approach empowers our senior Residents to have the supports they need to thrive at home.

Collaborative Living Supports (CLS) Program
We manage and provide supportive housing services at privately-owned homes for 60 young adults with a range of developmental and intellectual disabilities.
These homes are affordable and located in desirable residential neighborhoods in Newton, Norwood, and Malden. Our CLS program offers long-term, stable, supportive living environments for Residents. Each Resident has their own private room with a shared bath and ample common space, including fully equipped kitchens and laundry rooms.
Our CLS model combines family and staff support to promote independence so each Resident can live their best possible life.
