We are seeking Part Time (16-24 hours per week) team members who are driven by purpose and dedicated to making a lasting impact through person-centered care and supportive services.
What You’ll Do: The Enrollment Specialist Intern will be embedded at a partnering agency site, in the Boston South End, working independently to guide clients through the multi-step program enrollment process. This is a hands-on, relationship-centered role well suited for students in Social Work, Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, or a related human services field who are passionate about working with individuals experiencing chronic homelessness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support clients through all stages of the program enrollment process, working independently at a partnering agency site
- Collect and track required medical forms from clients’ primary care providers (PCPs)
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for nursing and care management visits
- Serve as a consistent, friendly point of contact for clients navigating paperwork and appointments
- Maintain accurate documentation of enrollment status and outstanding tasks
- Collaborate closely with the program team to flag barriers and problem-solve in real time
- Assist with follow-up outreach to clients, PCPs, and partner agencies as needed
What We are Looking For:
We are seeking a motivated student who brings both organizational skills and genuine commitment to supporting individuals who have experienced chronic homelessness.
- Currently enrolled in a Social Work, Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, or related human services program (Bachelor’s or Master’s level)
- Genuine interest in and respect for individuals who have experienced chronic homelessness and complex medical or behavioral health needs
- Ability to work independently at an off-site partner agency location with minimal day-to-day supervision
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — you thrive managing multi-step processes
- Clear, empathetic communication skills across a range of audiences (clients, clinical staff, external providers)
- Discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive client information

We are seeking reliable, compassionate Residential Support Specialists to join our dedicated residential group home team. This 30 hour per week position focuses on providing one-on-one support to adults living with intellectual and developmental disabilities. By assisting with everyday tasks and building meaningful connections, you will help residents learn skills to develop and/or maintain their independence.
This part-time position is with Weekday and Weekend shifts available, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM.
In this role, you will visit with residents, helping ensure they feel safe, respected, and supported in their daily lives. You’ll coach residents in life skills/activities of daily living, encourage independence, and play a central role in creating a household culture where everyone feels they belong.
What you will do:
- Conduct daily, one-hour visits with each resident, where you would engage in activities of daily living (ADL) coaching, support of life skills and gentle medication reminders.
- Support residents in building independence through participation in household chores and community activities.
- Model respectful communication and coach residents through social and behavioral challenges.

- Associate or bachelor’s degree in social work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field
- Enthusiastic leaders in human services or social work, or related fields, who have demonstrated an ability to support others in an effective and compassionate manner while respecting their independence.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or a willingness to obtain)

Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Live-In Mentor, you will reside in a shared apartment attached to a residential group home and provide overnight support for adults with mild to moderate developmental disabilities when there is an active emergency. While you are not required to stay awake overnight, you and your roommate (another Live-In Mentor) must coordinate who will be the designated overnight contact each night in case of emergencies.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Overnight Presence – One Live-In Mentor must be designated as the on-call emergency contact each night.

What You’ll Do:
As a Per Diem Community Care Registered Nurse with Mainstay, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centered non-clinical nursing support to formerly homeless individuals who are transitioning into supportive housing. You will directly contribute to housing stability and improved health outcomes for individuals who have been chronically unhoused.
This position will be part of our growing BRIDGE program. Clients served through this program have varying levels of independence and diverse support needs, including substance use disorders and physical and/or behavioral health conditions. The Per Diem Community Care Registered Nurse will provide compassionate, respectful care while promoting autonomy and dignity.
This is a per diem role, with hours varying week to week and averaging approximately 4–10 hours. The schedule is flexible, allowing visits to be arranged based on your availability and client needs. As the program grows we will be able to offer more hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborating with the program supervisor/director and support staff to provide high-quality care.
- Conducting in-depth assessments of potential participants and monitoring their health status.
- Building meaningful relationships with clients, their families, and caregivers.

- Evaluating and refining personal care services plans to enhance client well-being.
- Engaging in regular in-home visits and documenting your interactions and observations.
